PartyThingz.com Rental Policy<\/strong><\/h2>

1. Rental Period<\/strong><\/h3>

All rentals are based on a standard one-day (24-hour)<\/strong> period unless otherwise stated. Extended rentals are available upon request and must be arranged in advance. Late returns may incur additional daily charges.<\/p>

2. Reservations & Deposits<\/strong><\/h3>

To secure your rental, a non-refundable deposit<\/strong> of 25% (or as otherwise specified) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of pickup or delivery<\/strong>. Items are not considered reserved until payment and signed agreement are received.<\/p>

3. Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>

Cancellations made:<\/p>

  • More than 7 days<\/strong> before the event will receive full credit (minus deposit) toward future rentals.<\/p><\/li>

  • Within 7 days<\/strong> of the event date may forfeit the full deposit.<\/p><\/li>

  • Within 48 hours<\/strong> of the event date may be charged the full rental amount<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    4. Delivery & Pickup<\/strong><\/h3>

    PartyThingz.com offers delivery and pickup services for an additional fee based on distance and order size. Standard delivery includes drop-off at a single, ground-level location<\/strong>. Additional labor fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or setup\/takedown services.<\/p>

    5. Customer Pickup<\/strong><\/h3>

    Customers who choose to pick up rentals are responsible for securing all items safely during transport. PartyThingz.com is not liable for damage<\/strong> to customer vehicles or rental items once they leave our facility.<\/p>

    6. Damage, Loss, or Theft<\/strong><\/h3>

    The renter is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned. Charges will apply for:<\/p>

    • Lost or stolen items<\/strong> (replacement cost)<\/p><\/li>

    • Damaged or missing parts<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    • Excessive cleaning<\/strong> (food, wax, tape residue, etc.)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      A cleaning and inspection fee<\/strong> may apply for heavily soiled or damaged items.<\/p>

      7. Weather Policy<\/strong><\/h3>

      PartyThingz.com is not responsible for weather-related issues. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or damages caused by inclement weather. Customers are encouraged to have alternate plans or event insurance.<\/p>

      8. Equipment Setup & Use<\/strong><\/h3>

      Certain items (e.g., inflatables, tents, concession machines) may require professional setup<\/strong> by PartyThingz.com staff. Customers are expected to use all rental items safely and according to provided instructions. Improper use voids any liability coverage<\/strong>.<\/p>

      9. Liability<\/strong><\/h3>

      PartyThingz.com assumes no responsibility<\/strong> for injury, damage, or loss caused by the use or misuse of rental items. The renter agrees to hold PartyThingz.com harmless from any claims arising from their event or rental use.<\/p>

      10. Cleaning & Return Condition<\/strong><\/h3>

      All rented items must be returned clean and in the same condition<\/strong> as received. Additional fees will be charged for:<\/p>

      • Uncleaned food equipment or linens<\/p><\/li>

      • Missing accessories (e.g., cords, covers, straps)<\/p><\/li>

      • Wet or muddy items<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        11. Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h3>

        We accept major credit\/debit cards, cash, and approved business checks. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.<\/p>

        12. Agreement<\/strong><\/h3>
